Engaged in software development and system integration, PCI-Suntek Technology Co., Ltd. (SHSE: 600728) revealed that it will also participate in establishing a private bank.

The company said that the private bank will be formed with other local private companies in Guangzhou. Currently, talks are being held with other parties and government agencies.

PCI-Suntek Technology also declared a plan to acquire a 51% stake in Shenzhen TYL Technology Co., Ltd. to gear up in financial security market.

Information showed that Shenzhen TYL Technology offers service and solutions relating to research and development of financial security products.
